Amazon today has Apple's 64GB Wi-Fi iPad mini 6 at $399.99 in select colors, down from $499.00. You can get the tablet in Space Gray, Starlight, and Purple at this price, and each color has varying delivery dates between March 11 and March 18.

At $99 off, this sale is a match of the previous all-time low seen on this model earlier in the year. Discounts on the 2021 iPad mini have been fairly rare so far in 2023, so if you've been holding off now is a good time to get the smaller tablet at its lowest price.

There are a few other deals on iPad mini models on Amazon, and these all require you to add the tablets to your cart then head to the checkout screen to see the discounts. The 256GB Wi-Fi iPad mini 6 is down to $539.99 in Space Gray, from $649.00. This is another all-time low price on the iPad mini 6 and it's only available on Amazon.

Note: You won't see the deal price until checkout.

Lastly, one cellular model is on sale: the 64GB cellular iPad mini 6 is available for $549.99, down from $649.00. This one is available in Pink, Space Gray, and Starlight, and it's another all-time low price.

Note: You won't see the deal price until checkout.

I own two, one with 256 gb storage, then got this one on a similar sale with 65 gb storage to see if I could live with that. Given that these are not my only iPads, I found the 65 gb fine for my keep by the couch for casual browsing and gaming. I never have to wonder where it is. Yes its a luxury, but at this price, go for it.

Likewise, sort of an extra but powerful and compact for traveling. I just went for a week in what should I say? - a 4th world country? Anyway took the Mini, a hub, and a multiple card reader dongle and used FILES to copy photos/vids from old Sony camera memory stick to an 8GB SD card in less than a minute. And never had to use sketchy wifi and iCloud at all.

iPad Mini is the biggest ripoff since the $999 stand. Why Apple decided to set the price so high is beyond me.

It should be $399 for 128 GB (not 64GB).

I wanted one, but Apple tends to be delusional with their pricing (and people delusional by buying it at those prices).

At $399 it's not a bad price... but such a niche device truly.
Based on the way you say such a niche device truly my guess is that you imply limited utility to the iPad Mini. I would suggest that the iPad Mini addresses a specific market segment (my preferred definition of niche), but that it is probably a fairly large diverse group, so definitely not niche in the limited utility regard: workers who work out in the field; kids; readers (note that the Mini competes directly against devices like the Kindle, but with superior display, and larger); folks who want the convenience of a tablet smaller than an iPad but larger than an iPhone Max; etc.

… We don’t expect a new Mini until next year, right?

I’ve been debating on getting a Mini or a Kindle Fire for reading articles and other social media apps, especially for when I‘m walking the treadmill.

But 400 bucks is still a little steep 🤔

The 256GB mini 6 Wi-Fi is now $617. Amazon should keep the discounted prices at least until the end of the day. MR needs to update this post.

There is an additional $77 taken off in the cart. It’s listed under the price and you see it on checkout

The starlight sold out, I was just about to purchase the 64GB version.

With an iCloud account, 64GB is enough, in my personal experience.
