In another flash sale, eBay today began its "December Dozen" sale, which will total 12 days of savings with new discounts appearing through December 16. As with most items on eBay, some of the Apple products on sale today are used and seller refurbished items, like a HomePod for $279.00 sold by VIP Outlet or an Apple Watch Series 2 for $164.99. Of course, many other products are brand new and unopened, like an unlocked iPhone XS Max for $1,220.00 or the latest 9.7-inch iPad for $279.99 (with an included non-Apple Pencil stylus). This price on the 2018 32GB iPad currently beats its $289.99 price tag found at Amazon and B&H Photo.

Question: Is it just not possible to have a USB-C PD charger with a lot of ports like we see with USB-A? Is it because it would use too much power, put off too much heat, be too large, or be too expensive for mass market?

Came here to ask the same thing. Is there something in the USB-C spec that prohibits the creation of multi-port wall adapters? Wall power to 2 or more USB-C ports would be really useful.

That's why I was speculating that it's just too much heat/voltage or something for a small enclosure. Power delivery uses a lot more power than the older chargers. I'd love to have a 4-6 port USB-C charger in the future to quickly charge my iPhone, iPad Pro, Nintendo Switch, MacBook Pro, and Sony a7R III faster when I'm traveling, or to even have as a hub on my night stand and desk. But for now I'll make do with the Anker 6 port USB-A charger which isn't bad but just doesn't support the fastest charging speeds nowadays.
