You are living in a different reality. I refuse to buy any Anker product again. ALL that I’ve purchased through the years has been sub-par at its best. What a waste of money.

When did I ever make that excuse for apple?

Didn’t I criticize apple, in the very recent past, repeatedly, for the Magic Mouse recharging port location, the butterfly keyboard, Catalina being buggy, the iphone 4 antennas, the mac cube cracking, nearly every one of my macs since 2008 having a problem that required apple care, the touchbar being terrible, etc.?

Do I need to be a paid Samsung shill to keep you happy or something?

My experience with the quality of Anker products has been distinctly average. I have purchased many cables, power banks and chargers over the years and found them to fail just as often as other brands, so I don’t really understand why people rave about them. BUT in Anker’s defence they stand by their product and have always been responsive and replaced them without argument. I‘ve concluded the price premium isn’t for quality, it‘s for the cost of customer service.
