You can get the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro/10-core CPU/1TB SSD for $2,249.99 today on Amazon, down from $2,499.00. This sale is available in Silver and Space Gray, but Silver is offering faster shipping. This sale price will not be reflected until you head to the checkout screen.

To date, this is the best price we've ever tracked on this model of the 14-inch MacBook Pro, beating the previous record low by about $50. Shipping estimates have dipped into June for some customers, but given that the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro notebooks have low stock at most retailers, this is still a decent shipping estimate for an all-time low deal.

Note: You won't see the deal price until checkout.

That's what I paid for 14" MBP M1 Pro 16GB/1TB at Best Buy 2 months ago + I got a Best Buy $50 gift card.

What's going on? Over a 2 month wait directly from Apple, but other retailers are stocking them with a discount.

Costco has the same sale price
Yup... and I got mine from Costco for the same price a couple of months ago. The M1 Pro chip with a 10-core CPU and 16-core GPU is two levels up from the base 14-inch MBP and the 1TB SSD is perfect for me. 16GB of RAM is just fine. This is a great laptop computer without getting crazy.

Costco sold out of the 16" 16BG 1TB for $2449, but they do have the 512GB version for $2249. EDIT: It's back to $2449.

They have the 14" 1 TB in stock though, and Apple Care for $219. But since Costco doubles the factory warranty, I guess that means the extended Apple Care is only for one year? Still a net savings though.

I think apple isn’t even going to bother with getting stock up for the current MacBook Pro… I believe new ones are coming with M2 or whatever they are going to be called
We will not see new Macbook Pros with M2 chip this year most likely only the Mac Mini and Macbook Air. I Could be wrong but that's what everyone is guessing at this point. New chips always appear in the low end models before the Pro/MAX/Ultra variants are launched as we have seen recently. At most maybe the Mac Pro but i don't see any new Macbook Pros running the M2 chipset.
