iPad mini 5 does the trick.

I agree, my mini 5 is still fantastic. Whenever they come out with the 7, I'll buy it, but I can't justify only one iteration up now when the 5 is still fine.

I have a mini 4 and it definitely is showing it's age. The mini 6 at $100 off makes sense to me.
