Ad says $400 off the iPhone X but the 256GB models are listed at $1,049 and $1,099 respectively. Was Best Buy really selling those for $1,449 and $1,499 in 2020? Damn.

I checked, you are right, all of them are over $1100 with taxes, something is not right here unless the discount is applied later.

By the way, this is further proof that new Macs are coming.

New Macs are here with the improved keyboard. That's why they're trying to get rid of the old ones. Is it worth saving $500 to get a computer with lesser keyboard, CPU, GPU, SSD and screen? That would be up to the individual.

It’s weird (bordering on disingenuous) to describe these in terms of discount off of the original price when these aren’t current models. I mean it’s not technically wrong, but when the base 15” with 16/256 has been replaced by a base 16” with 16/512 at the same price, the old 15” should never ever be sold at its original price.

Looks like the discount finally popped in. $649 for a 256GB iPhone X is tempting as hell. A shame they don't have a 64GB model for bit less.

I'd be all over that high-end 15" if it didn't have the bad keyboard. Hoping the 16" will get updated 10nm chips soon or they come out with a decently spec'd 14".
