Here's the deal I got through Verizon yesterday...
- iPad Air 256gb (4th Gen)- $100 off when financed (0% interest for 24 months)
- 30% off 3 accessories

So the total (excluding taxes and $20 upgrade fee) was...
iPad Air 256gb + LTE - $780
Pencil 2 - $90
Magic Keyboard - $210
2 Cables - $14 ea

Total = $1108 (saved $242)

Note... I had to purchase over the phone, because the Pencil 2 isn't eligible for the 30% discount. So I called in and they made an exception for me, and credited the Pencil 2 discount to my account. The rep had to get permission from his supervisor, but it was no issue.

I also added two cables so the system would register 3 accessories, since the pencil didn't count toward the discount.

There seem to be quite a few sales, some of them significant, around the internet, which makes me hopeful that a new model will be released shortly. My first-gen Pro is down to 50% design capacity for the battery, so I'm definitely looking forward to a new model.
