If I were to guesstimate a release date, launching the new iPad Pro with iOS 14.5 privacy and all. Last year we got trackpad support as a surprise
I would honestly love them to launch the iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.6 that includes just widgets anywhere on the Home Screen which would look great with the presentation showing off the display. Not holding my breath but would be pleasantly surprised.

I got a good deal on my first iPad Air 1st gen Cellular for $115 on swappa. Works good for my ebooks and web, videos and a few games on iOS 12.5.1. 90% of my older apps work and battery is still good.:p

That's an iPadOS 15 feature. ;)
