Apple TV

Low prices on the Apple TV start at $129.98 for the Apple TV HD bundled with the new Siri Remote on Amazon. This is a match of the lowest price we've ever seen on this model, and it first appeared online earlier in August.

This version is the same fourth generation Apple TV HD device that was released in 2015, but now it's bundled with the revamped Siri Remote. The new accessory features a one-piece aluminum body, tactile clickpad with five-way navigtation, and rearranged buttons.

For newer models, the 32GB Apple TV 4K from 2021 is priced at $169.00 ($10 off) and the 64GB model is priced at $189.98 ($9 off), both on Amazon. Although the 64GB has seen a better deal, the price tag on the 32GB is the lowest price we've tracked to date.

iPad Air

You can get the entry level 64GB Wi-Fi iPad Air for $499.99, down from $599.00 on Best Buy. This is an all-time low price on this model, and it is being matched at Amazon, but as of writing only Best Buy has stock in every color.

Additionally, Best Buy has every other model of the 2020 iPad Air on sale, which we've rounded up below. All prices on these iPad Air models represent all-time low prices across the board, and $99 in savings.

iPad mini 5

Amazon has the 256GB Wi-Fi model of Apple's iPad mini 5 at a new record low price of $449.00, down from $549.00. All three colors of Space Gray, Silver, and Gold are available at this price.

At $100 off, this is the best price we've ever seen on this model of the iPad mini 5, and it's one of the steepest discounts on the line in a year. The 64GB Wi-Fi model isn't seeing a discount at this time.

Apple Pencil 2

Best Buy also has the Apple Pencil 2 at its lowest-ever price, available for $99.00, down from $129.00. This beats Verizon's ongoing 2021 discount on the accessory by about $4, and is the current best price online.

Aren't these just the normal sale prices we've had for a while now? Walmart has the iPad mini 64 GB for $100 off as well despite what is being reported.

I wonder if I should sell my iPad mini now before the market drops. I mean, I use it daily but I can do without for a bit I guess.

Apple TV HD pricing is ridiculous for a six years old device. MSRP should be maximum 99$
I know. It's wild that even at a "record low" price it's still $100 more than a Fire Stick, which is perfectly fine for the streaming needs of most people. I know a bunch of people are gonna tell me how great Apple Arcade and AirPlay are, but for the average person who just wants to stream Netflix, these things are overkill.

Apple is just leaving money on the table by ignoring the basic streaming stick market. Look at how much more successful the HomePod Mini ended up being. It shows that people are still willing to pay an Apple premium for a product, but the price still needs to be within reason.

I like airplay, but roku offers it now too and are a much better deal than Apple TV. I had 6 Apple TV’s and had problems with 4 of them. Apple replaced 3 under warranty, but I ended up giving all but one away and switched to Roku.

One reason I don't mind paying more for Apple products is that my experience with cheaper products has not been good. Aside from that, Apple makes it so easy to afford their products with no-interest payments up to 18 months. That fits my limited budget. Even if you buy them from Amazon, you can still get 6 months interest-free.

You are right about basic streaming needs but Airplay is what does it for me. THe ability to quickly show something from iPhone or iPad on a 65 inch screen is amazing.

If you’re going to get an Apple TV, just get the 4K one. I have the HD one and the processor is so slow, I’m noticing it lag more and more lately. So I’ll be upgrading soon.

Unfortunately, every Apple product is heavily overpriced now a days. As long as people keep buying these Apple won’t reduce the prices. Most of these products are out of reach if you set prices in Canadian dollar ?

Apple TVs are great but they’re overpriced from Apple and other retailers. Anyone who wants an ATV should buy one used. You can get an ATV 4K 32gb (1st gen) in mint condition for $100 on swappa.

Though, to be fair, they last a long time. My 4th gen ATV HD is still running the latest software pretty well, and I use it every day.
