I'm happy with my $19.99 airbud (AirPod) clones. Great for work and avg 2-3 hrs per bud. Nice and loud and fair to good audio quality. No tears if I drop or loose them. Last pair I purchased was in December and still going strong.

Micro Center currently has AirPods on sale for a lot less if you have one of their stores in your area (available for in-store pickup only). As of this morning anyway, they have the AirPods with wireless charging case for $149.99, with Lightning charging case for $129.99 and they also have the wireless charging case alone for $49.99.
