I am tempted by the 14 inch pro, but after having my M1 Mac Mini for almost a year I could probably get by with a MacBook Air. I may wait and see if a new design is introduced before purchase, though. Honestly, Apple doesn’t have a bad laptop in its line-up right now. In fact, I would argue that Apple‘s computer line-up may be the strongest its ever had.

I just bought the 14inch last night from Amazon but they won’t let me price match or cancel the order.

I ordered the cheaper one this morning and they locked my account for fraud and canceled all my orders for today .

Yeah, I wanted the 14" 1TB 32GB RAM at a discount, but no dice. Speak of which, Fed Ex picked up my package this morning from Shanghai, CN. Does anyone know why it takes 9 days to deliver it? (Is Fed Ex using shipping containers on ocean freighters or something?)

About two or three weeks ago Micro Center was selling the base configuration for $1,750.
