Does secondhand have the same meaning as refurbished or does it mean used in dutch? How about Secondhand.?
It's all the same, most here agree it's all the same, that does not mean that a refurb from Apple has better quality than woot's offerings, I am 100% sure they are, not the point though.Does secondhand have the same meaning as refurbished or does it mean used in dutch?
Why downvote (Not that I care much), I think it was funny, at least, it was meant to be funny.Does secondhand have the same meaning as refurbished or does it mean used in dutch?
I definitely agree that woot's offering shouldn't even be called refurb and instead be labeled used or secondhand, but I also think there should be a name for a properly restored/refurbished unit that is close to new that differentiates from secondhand. It's all the same, most here agree it's all the same, that does not mean that a refurb from Apple has better quality than woot's offerings, I am 100% sure they are, not the point though.
Sorry didn't realize it was a jokeWhy downvote (Not that I care much), I think it was funny, at least, it was meant to be funny.
At least apple replaced the case and batteries. You can’t tell the difference between apples new and refurbished. As others have said, these are secondhand phones, companies should be banned from using the refurbished tag on their offerings.
Even Apple should be punished for using the term.
If items are returned by a consumer then those should be sold as an Openbox, if repaired then use the term secondhand, because...that's what it is.
But they are not charging new phone price (Apple), when selling their refurbished phones.Even then, it's a used phone, no excuse.
True, but what Apple still does in many places is giving you a refurb if they are unable to repair your phone within the warranty period, luckily judges put an end to that practice here since it's a used phone. But they are not charging new phone price (Apple), when selling their refurbished phones.
These people here at Woot lying simply selling used phones.
