If you are talking about MBP-Glas reflection vs MacBooks Display coating, no, its not very noticeable. But thats a personal taste issue I would say...

Yes, it is extremely noticeable. The MacBook screen does get reflections, although they are usually not that bad. The MacBook Pro screen is terrible with reflections, sometimes it is like a mirror.
