What does '"Dear Apple" mean on this forum: Rhetorical since the answer is nothing.

I have never had iCloud Music Library go down (including today) after an update and I'm an AppleSeed beta tester.

This is an iTunes (desktop) problem, I guess. I've also never had Apple Music not work for me, but I only use iOS devices.
