There are apps that do something similar but it save the entire web page as a PDF instead of an image file. Should do the job if you want it for note taking...

These features would be great on iPhone, there the reason why i do like the Note series, but Android and Touchwiz is the reason why i wouldn't buy one. IOS is far more stable and gets regular updates, the guy in this threads video says that the feature is "inconsistent" and that's one of the problems with Android. Apple could add these features tho, especially to the iPhone 6 Plus and maybe the iPad?
