My Ipod is back. I love to hear the comment, that I wasn't charged, I have a credit card receipt of payment., do I need to send it to you. I can only share my experience. You should be happy your experience was free. If you recall another person, mentioned the small cost on the Apple web site regarding the Ipod repair. I think its' funny. I don't know the time, of your repairs, but I know in my company, policies change constantly, and we respond and are flexible.
I'm happy to have my Ipod back, i spoke to the apple store in my area today, about download process. I have no other comments to make. thanks guys, I'm back to my real job.
