iPhone DebianSaverLaunchDeamon only works some of the time. Can somebody help?

I have it on both my iPad2 7.0.4 and my 5S 7.0.6 and it only works some of the time. Does anybody have any ideas?

Stop that and start using apt's built in configuration abilities to configure it to run a command after its done processing something.
