I just got the screen replaced on my 13 Pro Max that had screen uniformity issues and a malfunctioning Face ID sensor. The phone is brand new, so these are manufacturing defects.

Got the phone repaired, and now there is a somewhat large (0.5mm) piece of debris under my cam back camera lens. Not even sure how a screen replacement could cause this, but it is large enough that I would have noticed (I’m also anal about these things).

Will Apple give me a new phone this time around? I don’t really want to waste another 3 hours in the Apple Store on a repair just to find another issue caused by the repair.

If it doesn't affect the photos taken by the camera, I don't think Apple will do anything because the phone's function is not affected.
