iPad Pro Dec 2022 12.9 Pro won’t turn on

I have an IPP 12.9 that I purchased new in Dec. I upgraded to iPadOS 16.5 last night and this morning it will not turn on. I tried all buttons, unplugged it, tried booting! plugged it back into the charger and booting, used an Apple fast charger, another Apple charger, all official Apple brand chargers and cables. Is this common a common problem? Any suggestions?
