Decent PDF Viewer for Windows XP?

The only usable PDF viewer I have found is Preview in Mac OS X. I don't care if it converts to MS Word or something like that. MS word is much better than Adobe's PDF viewer

Foxit. Some but minimal bloatware factor. 😀

Just checking, why not Acrobat?
