Decent Screen capture software (Free?)

Im looking for a decent screen capture software for Capturing my Gaming, Free would be better.

But i don mind paid

It sounds like he wants video capture.

To the OP, if you are running 10.6 you can use Quicktime X to record the screen.

1. Open Quicktime X
2. Click File > New Screen Recording
3. A new small HUD like window will appear
4. You can simply click the record button or click the down arrow for more options.

If you are not running 10.6 (I assume you are from the machine in your sig, but 09 Pros can run 10.5) just search google for some free options.

quicktime x should do the job. But if you are playing WoW, and this is just a guess.. but you know.. its really the only game people seem to play on OS X at the moment, you can use the built in recording in the game. It actually uses stuff built into OS X, but yeah.
