I have to decide between two new mid 2015 15 inch macbook pro's.

1 - 2.5 Ghz dual graphics ( Intel Iris pro + AMD Radeon R9 M370X ) 512GB

2 - 2.8GHz ( intel iris pro ) 1 terabyte

I would like to keep this macbook pro for a very long time.

Thoughts?

Well, considering Apple's track record with failing GPUs I usually would take the iGPU if you don't really need GPU performance.
The 2015 model on the other hand isn't known for GPU failures, yet. It could be just a matter of time or they will stay fine, too early to say.

Consider the following factors:
Battery life iGPU > dGPU
GPU performance iGPU < dGPU
Do you actually need more GPU performance? The Iris Pro isn't bad either.
Do you actually need more storage? If you own a MBP with mostly empty storage, the increased storage won't benefit you in any way.
The CPU upgrade isn't that important.

Would the lack of m370x be noticeable for regular use?

Work doesn't involve any video editing ( yet ? )
Personal use, Youtube, Netflix.
No gaming.
I want it to run as smooth as possible for a very long time.
