Declined by eligibility check on apple store?

I'm eligible, I know this. I'm looking at it right now on my Verizon Wireless account homepage. I also called, and I was given an automated message telling me that I am eligible. But for some reason the apple store eligibility check is telling me that I am NOT eligible.

Anyone else having this issue?

I'm worried that if I try to buy my phone from the Verizon website, I'll miss out or something will go wrong.

Please help!

Is it telling you that you are not eligible, or that your information is incorrect and it cannot access your information? If it is the latter, see this thread:

The former actually. It's telling me I'm not eligible, even though I am. I talked to a Verizon rep who confirmed my eligibility but he was really no help at all.

Order from Verizon, and print out your order confirmation.
