has anyone used www.decluttr.com ? I ask because www.sellcel.com has good reviews for it and they are offering me $856 for my iPhone 12 Pro max. I see it has good feedback but I don't know how well to trust it. any feedback will be appreciated thanks!

following..will upgrade to 13 more than likely..I usually have good luck locally but with an offer of 756 ill take it. seems strange that Gazelle only offers 440 for the same phone

Have never purchased hardware from them, but a lot of other wares and have had no issues whatsoever. Product always delivered timely in good shape as described. No clue what selling to them is like, but I'd consider the brand trustworthy based on my personal experience in the last 5 years of shopping with them.

I used them last year and it ended up being a flop. Sent them a 1 year old iPhone 8 that was in perfect condition (screen protector and case since day 1 and rarely used).

they rejected the trade because they said the home button didn’t work (not a button on the 8).

yep phone was likely off then they pressed the button and the button didn't move so they sent it back. idiots
