Cleaned Up from...what is this?

Dear all,

I received my iPhone 5 swapped out under warranty. The new serial begin with "DNPK" and on the "chipmunk.nl" I show this message:" cleaned up from dnpk..."
What is this message? Is it refurbished?

PS:I received it with the original box and all accessories.

Simply refers to the way you typed it in. You typed it lower case. It cleaned it up and displayed it as upper case.
