Deep Freeze

My emac keeps freezing, I am new at this,It freezes and I can't do anything! The cursor will move, But I can't click on anything. I have to shut it down. Please help, I am ready to throw it out the window!! Some on the letters even looked smeared. 🙁

Unplug anything going to the eMac besides your keyboard and power cord.

If you have third party RAM, take it out and put back the original (it's a pain on an eMac, especially if you have a stand - you'll need a screw driver, I believe).
