I bumped my AW6 on the filing cabinet at work and it has a pretty deep scratch. I thought over time I would stop noticing it but it's really bugging me! What is the best way to hide it? I don't really want a screen replacement and I didn't buy AppleCare+ on it. Will liquid glass work or just make a mess? Will a wet-application screen protector work or just make it worse? Don't really want to lose the quality of the screen, either, as I love this watch! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a small dot from a case with included screen protector that I tried the first week I had my watch. Was really bummed out by it, still am to be honest.

I went to a local fixer and they put on a “celly” screen protector. Some machine cuts it out, and they apply it. It’s not really soft, but also not hard, and if you scratch the protector, a couple of hours later it “disappeared “.

was a little bit expensive €15 for 1, but I bought a 3 set of Spigen, that is the same idea, and I will put that on, when this one filled its purpose.

I bought some of the spigen ones too. Will see how they go. I have an express replacement coming for my S6 because i couldn't live with the deep scratch i got in it. Hoping the spigen protectors look after this replacement watch.

I'm happy with the ArmorSuit Max on my Space Gray 44mm Series 6. It went on exactly as per their video and has held up for a month including showering and sleeping with the watch.

So the Spigen protector covered a scratch or you put it on after the "celly" screen protector?

I got some nicks and light scratches on mine too and I had it since it launched (Sept 2020). I wear my watch every day and I just gave up on worrying about it. Most of the scratches are hardly visible in the first place. The watch has to be in the right light and at the right angle to see. Though I do have applecare plus it I really feel the need to get the screen replaced sometime in the future. But for you case, I would just get a screen protector or case for your watch.

So this is my watch face, hopefully you can see the scratch. It’s really deep, like I can feel an indentation on the watch gave.

It is absolutely driving me crazy but I don't have AppleCare+ on it, unfortunately.
I put one of those Spigen neoflex screen protectors on the new apple watch. I have not tried one on the scratched one as I had to send it back however I fell like it might make a scratch less visible. Im very happy with the screen protector. Maybe give one a try.

You’ve nothing to lose putting a screen protector on it. That may or may not satisfy you, but have you considered selling the scratched one and buying another? If it really bothers you that much, maybe just let it go and try again. With AC+ this time. How much is your irritation worth?

So I went to look at the Neoflex on Amazon and it's getting some bad reviews. Is it really as bad as some of those people are saying or is it the usual the people who aren't happy are the one's posting reviews? MANY people say that they seem great at first but then bubble. I hate making decisions about purchases like this, especially when I look at reviews!

Okay, I'm looking at this point and it says it works on Series 6/5/SE/4. How is that possible since the 6 is larger with the curved edges? Don't want to order it if it's not going to work on my watch.

You are mistaken. The S4-S6 all have the same size displays respective to 40mm and 44mm. Just make sure to order the correct size.

I have had it for 2 weeks and no bubbles. I watched the install video and it worked great. It was on a fresh watch though so maybe it bubbles if you already have scratches... If you use a bumper it's important to get it perfectly aligned or it will lift up the corner. Mine is slightly misaligned and i tried a spigen bumper with it and it lifted slightly but stuck back down after using the bumper again.
