I have a question for all of you who have used this for a while.

Is your battery shot?
Doesnt this make the accelerometer take in data All The Time?
Wouldnt that bog your phone down??!!

It looks sweet but I just cant bring myself to use it as I feel I will just kill my battery...

Or am I completely wrong in my assumptions..?
 
Of course it prolly strains the battery like anything else which is enabled. However, I've been using it for a couple of days now and I can't say I see any difference.
 
I haven't noticed any hit in battery or memory with this tweak. I removed parallax to use it since theyre not compatible. Parallax definitely used a lot more memory than DeepEnd.
 
Interesting...
a thought I had is that the accelerometer is always recording data and just trashing it. Maybe the app grabs that data before it it tossed away?
This is all speculation, I just dont get how this works....

Im also very surprised to see that parallax uses more o.o
