Default app: iPhoto for iPhone and Aperture for camera?

Yeah, open Image Capture (It's under Utilities) and then at the very bottom left there's a toggle that pulls up the "Connecting this camera opens" options. Aperture is there, but you'll have to click Other for the iPhone.
