default call number

On my blackberry there was an option to set a default call number if the contact had multiple numbers. Is there a way to do this on the iphone?

Example:

Jane Doe
Work: 555-555-1234
Home: 555-555-0987
Cell: 555-555-5678

Since there are three numbers listed for Jane Doe currently on the iphone I am asked what number I would like to call. I would like to bypass this step and have it call the cell number directly without me manually selecting it.

I am jail broken on 4s ios 5.0.1

This might be what you could use the "Favorites" section for in the Phone app.
