I changed my View Options for my desktop around, and now I don't remember what the default was! Does anyone have the default settings so I can fix it?

I think these are about right:
    Icon size: 48
    Text size: 12
Grid spacing: 50 or so (100 gives you more room for file names)
    label position: bottom
    Show Item Info: unchecked
    Show Icon preview: checked
    Sort by: ???? - I use None.

    1. Close all finder windows.
    2. Delete the .DS_Store file in the desktop folder.
    3. Log Off/ Log On

Desktop settings should be back to defaults...

    You forget something.
.DS_Store is a hidden file. Normal users won't ever encounter it, so please explain the full story. :)
