No, you can do 48 MP with ProRaw (or RAW with a third party camera app), or 12 MP for JPG/HEIC photos. 24 MP isn't an option.

Cool, I don’t need Pro RAW video, but may sometimes choose to take pictures in the highest resolution. Glad I didn’t opt for the higher storage version just for that.
