Default music player.

I'm new to OSX, is there a way to make Quicktime or even another program my default mp3 player, I have a lot of files such as sound effects that I don't necessarily want to be part of my iTunes library. I tried "Open with" then checking "always for this kind of file" but that just seems to make it the default for that one file and not mp3 files in general.

You have to click the Change all... button.

I'm sorry, but I don't see this option under the Open With -> Other menus.
