I'll post this here as I did not get any responses in the iPhone forums

Is there a way to default Safari to open the Full Desktop Versions of websites? I love the expansive screen on the 6+, want to take advantage of it when web browsing.

Even here in Macrumors, I have to constantly select the desktop version by swiping down from the Internet search field at the top of the page.

Hate using mobile versions of websites

I sure hope so. It's totally brain dead to use mobile format on a dsplay the size of a 6+.
 
Nope. Baffling. Same baffling scenario that is effecting the notification pull down and not showing all day events.
