Defective iPad 2 screen

I got my iPad 2 a few days ago... Just today I noticed something very peculiar with the screen. Towards the bottom right of the device it appears that the seal is coming apart. Does anyone have any experience with this? What should I do? Thanks.

I could be wrong, but that looks like dried up glue that seeped into the side of the screen.
