Hello, i have an iPhone 7 Plus with less than two weeks, i bought here in Mexico with my carrier Telcel, The Power/Sleep button doesn't work and it's sunk... I went to my carrier two days ago, and they say they have no replacement units yet.. that i must wait at least one month or more.. I went to one Apple Premium Reseller... they say the same.. So i called Apple, they say they cannot do nothing about it and i must wait ... I'm 4 hours from El Paso, TX but it's costly to go there, because i cannot be sure if they have replacement units in Apple Store El paso. What can i do?
