Defrag XP drive under Parallels?

Should I defragment my WinXP virtual drive, running under Parallels 3.xx and OS X 10.5.4? Seems like a reasonable thing to do, just wasn't sure if it was necessary, or if OS X took care of it as it does with its own files. Thanks,

I expect you should. The HD for Win XP is an image in which everything is stored, and Mac OS X won't defrag inside an image.
