On my XS, when sliding to answer a call, there is a 2-4 second delay in the phone actually answering the call and audio becomes available. This is on iOS 12.1.3. I haven't had this issue, or noticed it, before the most recent iOS update.
Anybody have a clue what is going on?

Update, after updating to 12.3.1 the issue still existed. Called  support and the issue is now FIXED!!!
They had me set the phone up as new starting in iTunes and did not restore but rather setup as a new device. IOW no quick start used or restoring from an iTunes/iCloud backup. Once up and running I signed in to iCloud and set my sync preferences. Then went to the app store and re downloaded all the apps I wanted and had previously purchased/downloaded.
I had previously used quickstart from an older iPhone and I think some glitch got into the software causing the problem or it was in the backups.
Whatever it was, THANK YOU  support.
