Yesterday, I did a walk around the mall, using the "inside walk" activity. After about 38 minutes, the watch showed about 18 minutes of actual exercise, and I figured that was due to the fact that my heart rate wasn't up into the "brisk walk" area. However, after coming home, and sitting at the computer, and doing normal things, like getting the mail, watching a little TV, etc about an hour later, the watch goes "You've completed your exercise ring", and there was the full 38 minutes of exercise. Anyone else seen this?

Mine did the same thing yesterday as well. I worked out for hour and 15 minutes and uploaded to Strava as usual and it only showed 20 minutes or so of workout time. My calories and everything transferred immediately. It was later on in the night before it registered. Seems to be normal today. Really weird

Okay, that makes me feel better, I thought I had got into some righteous "stuff", but alas, I suppose not. I'll keep an eye on it though. :) Thanks

I have noticed the same. I think it may wait and analyse cool down and recovery until determining if your earned your points

Mine had about a 15 minute delay today. I was stretching after a run, and then the rings updated.

Isn´t it normal behaviour?
If your pulse is high after you stopped the session on the watch, the watch will count the next minutes also as "exercise".
