Has anyone else been experiencing delayed banners when it comes to notifications? I started noticing this in ios 6. It's like when you see a badge on the messages app, then 3 seconds later you actually get the notification for it.

Yes, I've noticed this problem too. It can be quite annoying.

ditto, i see the 1 next to msg app then the banner about 3-4 secs later. really annoying.
