Delete ALL users accounts- How ?

Hey- I just bought an iBook g4 running leopard, but it seems that the guy who sold it to me didn't reset it to the OS default (like, he created a generic user). How do I delete ALL of this user's data, and have no users on the machine? I want to have the whole first boot experience- welcome video and all. How is this done? Can it be done?
 
But, I don't think you can really have NO users. You can delete all the stuff on the account the seller left behind, and the account itself, but you should still end up with a user account.
 
Well, I do not have the DVD... Hmmm. Is there any way to go through the setup assistant again?
