iPod delete an incomplete download

hi,

is there anyway to permanently delete an incomplete download from itunes?
I've started downloading a free video, but changed my mind and now I don't want it, but I cannot get rid of it. it keeeps reappearing in the download section.

I tried to figure it out the other day for the same reason. Couldn't figure it out. So, i just downloaded it completely then deleted it.
