Delete and create a new iCloud account

Has anyone deleted their iCloud and started over with a new one? I’m thinking about doing that.
 
As long as you haven’t subscribed to any services or made any purchases under your current ID, it won’t be a problem.
 
Besides iTunes movies and tv shows that I don’t care if I lose .. I have my iPhone IUP but thy said that wouldn’t be a problem.
