Delete app which "Never opened"

Hi,

I am trying to delete an app from storage management. I used once this app, then I deleted from finder and everything but now it looks like it's still on my mac.

I show you a screenshot, I would like to delete all the data from this app (Football manager 2020), but the delete bottom is grey. Does someone know how to do, please? 🙂

I actually already deleted from finder now it does not appear anymore but still here

Wondering if this is showing the files used but the app in the Library folder.

Was this an app downloaded from a website or the Mac app store?

So I downloaded from Steam. I did everything to delete from there normally...

Does it still show up after a restart of your Mac?

It does seem to have a generic icon, meaning the original is indeed gone. This instance looks like some strange leftover. If all else fails, I’d say download/install it again, then delete it using App Cleaner.
