Delete blank albums iCloud Photo Beta

Started using iCloud photo, had to reload everything. I just can't seems to find a way to delete blank albums in photo beta on the cloud. All the blank albums are showing up.
Has anyone experienced this?

Are the folders numbered? I have a ton of F12, F24, and so on folders that are empty.
