I have an aluminum iMac with the new aluminum keyboards, and since last night, the delete button hasn't work. The only way I can delete forwards is by pressing shift +delete, and i can delete backwards by pressing fn + delete. This happened after I was playing around with the speech stuff in leopard, and i chose to have it voice over everything just for fun. Once I realized that this happened, I turned off the voice over, but I remember reading something about sticky keys. Is there any way to get my delete button to work without pressing shift before?

same problem

hi. I have the same problem, I bought this imac used, and the guy I got it from had this feature set. I have to press shift-delete to delete, I cant just press delete. It is really annoying. I have searched all throughout the system preferences and I cannot find how to turn this setting off. Does anyone know??
