iPod touch Delete contacts / calander ipod touch?

Hey, so I'm trying to figure out how to delete all contacts and calendar events from my iPod, as they are from a different computer and none of them are applicable to me.
However, I need to keep all my music and videos on it, because I no longer have any of the files on my computer.
