Delete excess apps

Want to get rid of Camera, PhotoBooth, iTunes Store, iBooks, and Podcasts. How would I do this ?

Can you at least hide the icons then?

Under restrictions, toggle them off and the icons won't appear.

The renowned "Junk" folder thats kept on its own home screen. You'd think Apple would include that by now. Lol.

I prefer that method because on extremely rare occasions I'll dip into it.
