Hi all,

So, for some reason the 'Documents' section of my iCloud storage is showing as 25.5GB. I know it's not referring to the files in my iCloud Drive as they only total 4.2GB and I do not have my Desktop/Documents folders set to sync from macOS. I have the 50GB storage plan and I'd quite like this space back.

Is there a way to delete this? I'm aware it's for app caches and other things but I can't help wonder if there's a few old iOS device backups there that haven't deleted despite being set to. I have the following devices attached to my account:

  • 64GB iPhone
  • 512GB MacBook Pro
  • 64GB iPad (iOS 11 PB2)
  • Watch
Work have drawn a blank, as has a chat with iCloud Support. I don't want to have to restore my devices and delete their iCloud backups, ideally.
