There's probably not a Cydia program for that because your iPhone can already do that. Go to your messages, hit Edit, touch all the ones you want gone and then hit Delete.

I hit edit, but I can only delete one at a time...I hit the little red dot with the horizontal white line then the delete button shows up, but there is no way to do this to more than one at a time....any time I try to select another text, the delete button goes away
Im on 4.1 if that makes a difference...but I play with it and I see no way to select more than one text
i think he meant deleting whole conversations as against text within conversations.. and i dnt think there is a way to delete multiple conversations at the same time..i have tried to do it myself lot of times...
Yeah, I mean conversations then...I just considered each conversation one text since they are stored as one...sort of like an email and its replies...
Thats dumb that you can actually delete multiple text "messages" with in the conversation but not multiple conversations...it seems rather backwards if you ask me
